Jill Malloy, The CE Shop Instructor & National Real Estate Expert

Jill Malloy began her real estate career at 22, becoming a managing broker in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area by age 25. She expanded into professional development and training while continuing to sell real estate, ultimately serving as training director for three multi-office brokerage firms and, later, launching her own real estate education company. After 14 years as a traveling instructor, she returned to a D.C.-area training center director role before joining The CE Shop as its first National Real Estate Expert. Today, she consults with the instructional design team. Jill holds the Gold Standard Instructor (GSI) and Distinguished Real Estate Instructor (DREI) designations, and is a Certified Distance Education Instructor.

Amy Adams, The CE Shop Instructor & National Real Estate Expert

Amy Adams is a licensed Georgia real estate broker since 2007 and brings over 17 years of real estate experience to her clients and students. She holds both Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI) and Gold Standard Instructor (GSI) certifications, reflecting her commitment to high standards in instruction and education. As an active Georgia real estate broker, she stays current with industry trends and delivers relevant insights into the real estate landscape. Throughout her career, Amy has developed a passion for helping aspiring real estate professionals achieve their goals.

Elizabeth Hume, Associate Broker, Group One Sotheby’s International Realty 

Elizabeth Hume is an Idaho-based real estate broker, national educator, and industry leader with extensive experience in both residential sales and professional education. She is an Associate Broker with Group One Sotheby’s International Realty and the founder of Real Estate Education Idaho, where she designs and teaches continuing education courses focused on law, leadership, ethics, and professional judgment. 

Elizabeth has served in multiple leadership roles at the local, state, and national levels, including as an Idaho Real Estate Commissioner and President of the Boise Regional REALTORS®. She is actively involved with national education and regulatory organizations, including ARELLO and REEA, where she contributes to instructor development and exam accreditation efforts. 

In addition to teaching, Elizabeth is an active producing broker with experience across a wide range of transactions — from first-time buyers to luxury and lifestyle properties — bringing real-world perspective to every conversation. Known for her practical, engaging approach, she focuses on helping real estate professionals articulate their value, navigate complexity, and lead with clarity in an evolving industry. 

Nick D’Ambrosia, Long & Foster Real Estate Principal Broker, Broker of Record, and Senior Vice President

Nick D’Ambrosia is Principal Broker, Broker of Record, and Senior Vice President for Long & Foster Real Estate Companies, overseeing operations across seven states and Washington, D.C. A 50+ year industry veteran, his career includes senior leadership roles with Coldwell Banker NRT, Coldwell Banker Stevens Real Estate, and Coldwell Banker Nyman Realty. He also served on the Maryland Real Estate Commission for 16 years, including 13 terms as chair.

Highly active in National Association of REALTORS® (NAR®) leadership, Nick has served at NAR® in numerous national roles and is a second-level REALTORS® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Hall of Fame inductee. He is a past president and longtime director of the Maryland Association of REALTORS® and a recipient of its Life Achievement Award (2006). A former dean of the Maryland REALTORS® Institute, Nick holds multiple professional designations and resides in La Plata, Maryland, with his wife, Ann.
